Cabin #2 - Newly renovated in 2021, this cozy cabin is steps away from the relaxing waterfront. Perfect for kayaks and canoes. Large deck with a propane grill. The river flows into Norway Lake. There is a swimming area in the river that has a nice sandy bottom and at most is around 4ft deep. It is an excellent area to lounge on a floaty or play water games. In the photos is resident dog, Nora.

Quiet setting only minutes from the city of Pine River and amenities. Nearby attractions include: 1 mile from the Paul Bunyan Trail for biking in summer and snowmobiling in winter, 2 miles from Bluegrass Festival, 2 miles from Junkathon, 14 miles from Spider Lake ATV trails, 25 miles from Northern Lights Casino and Leech Lake. Numerous lakes nearby as well.

We enjoyed our getaway. The cabin was perfect size for the two of us. The river was beautiful, filled with wild rice being close to harvest time. Eric and his dogs are very friendly. With the dogs greeting us each morning. We loved it.

Loved this little cabin on the river. I would definitely return. It was so peaceful and grounding. The river was gentle flowing and clear . The loudest sound was the frogs. The cabin was spacious enough with all the amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable and sitting area cozy. Owners are kind and accommodating.

Quit and off the grid

I was in town for the weekend in between some independent contracting jobs. The cabins meet all the basic needs, are quiet, and come with the hosts sweet dogs to say hello.

Great place to stay

Went there for my 10 year anniversary with my girlfriend. It was just as listed. Great little cabin right on the river. Was an amazing weekend getaway with great views and just plain relaxing. Easy to take the kayaks out onto the river also. The owners were also really friendly and cool people. The cabin was as clean as I would expect a cabin. Had everything we needed as well. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will most likely stay there again.

Fall fishing trip

Cabin was comfortable and well appointed. Host was helpful and accommodating. Area was fun and still had some Fall colors even though it was late in the season. My boyfriend and I both said it was a great place to relax and have fun and we will definitely come back.

Was a great first time VRBO experience. Area is beautiful, and the owners are very nice and responsive. One thing that kinda turned us off tho was how loud the furnace was. Woke up fairly often bc of it. But overall was a lot of fun and would recommend.

Quiet Paradise

Nestled in the pines along the river, the cabin was wonderful. The view was great. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Close to town for easy access to great dining and sight-seeing. The hosts were top-notch, friendly, and accessible. Nora, the family dog was so sweet. All in all, a really great place! I would recommend it and i will go back.

TOTALLY LOVED IT!!
