"Began witting this while in this locale... Another restless night. This rental is located 20 meters from Hwy 307, a main route north and south on the Mexican Carribean. The road noise is/was awful. We also listened to a water pump loudly whine all night the first night. I sent the host a notice that the pumps bearing was likely going out. They responded they knew and stated the pump had been disconnected. For one night we didn't hear the pump. Then the next two nights, our last two. I read...

"We have no idea what this was like since we never got to stay there. The host contact number was not in service. We never received any check in instructions and we went to the property and no one was there. We paid and reserved this weeks before.
