"We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

"4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!"

"Insgesamt ein tolles neues Hotel. Der Adult-Bereich mit Pool und Spa ist jedoch 150 m Fußweg entfernt. Schöner Saunabereich, leider im Keller, daher sehr schlechte Luft. Frühstück sehr gut, Umgebung toll. Viele Gaststätten. Ich möchte nicht im Winter hier sein, wenn noch mehr Menschen da sind . Dafür ist die Infrastruktur (Liftanlagen, Parkplätze) nicht ausgelegt. 95% polnische Gäste, deutsche Kommunikation kaum vorhanden. Preise fast wie in Deutschland. "

"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...

Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht wie dem auf dem Bild, nachdem es angesprochen wurde hieß es die Bilder dienen nur zu Illustrationen Zwecken, auf Wunsch zu schauen ob das Zimmer wie auf dem Bild noch frei wäre wurde unhöflich geantwortet. Kaution 1 Woche später noch nicht erhalten und leider wurde beim room Service nur die Handtücher gewechselt (kein gemachtes Bett, nicht staubgesaugt, nicht Bad gewischt). "Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít...

"Bardzo ładny apartament poza centrum. W świetnej lokalizacji, jeśli chodzi o wyjście na szlaki. Czyste powietrze i brak hałasu. Niestety podawany jest jako apartament dla 4 osób, a nie ma dla tylu osób miejsca. Łóżko tzw. małżeńskie ma tylko 120cm szerokości i nie nadaje się do wygodnego spania dla 2 osób. I to jest jego największa wada."
