About this property

Northern New Mexico Home Perfectly Located!

  • Home is located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake State Park & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. New Mexico has some of the most beautiful sunsets. Enjoy relaxing on the patio as you watch the sunset for the day.
    The neighborhood is also kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging with the elevation change in the neighborhood. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the east. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course.
    The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. The San Juan and La Plata Rivers flow through the area. Quick access to mountain biking and ATV trails. Welcome to New Mexico! Relax and Enjoy.
