「Breakfast started at 7am. It was very late, I wish it started earlier.」

「We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks 」

「I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time. The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on. As a foreigner, the hotel staff were great especially as I know a little Arabic and was only communicating in English. Ahlam was very helpful an attentive to any concern or...

「Outward facing room was a bit noisy but the hotel staff was extremely polite and changed room open request and also offered an upgrade. Very good location for shopping and dining out. 」
