This is the best hotel in the downtown area. The proprietor is kind, attentive, and has a little poodle mix dog (mija) by his side. Staff is great. Next door is a grocery store, Migros ($$ for parking). A short walk to the main commercial road. After reading all of the reviews, I knew what to expect with music noise. My stay was the end of October- cool nights and fair days so not as much noise as during the summer. They still had live music but I booked room 204 on the 3rd floor with sea views. This was a quiet room. You can still hear voices from next door and the bed will shake when someone walks down the hall. The room contained a double bed, twin bed, and outdoor patio. Spacious but very dark even in the day time. 2 floor lamps would be helpful in this room. The room had a mini fridge, hair dryer, 4 hangers, lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers, a kettle, coffee mugs, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of hot water at all hours of the day and night. The mattresses and pillows were fine. More hangers would be helpful. The room was dirty. Upon arrival there was used dental floss on the sink, the fridge door was dirty, the sheets were clean but had permanent stains all over. The water fixtures suffer from heavy corrosion. The bathroom tiles have yellow urine stains near the toilet and inside the shower. The A/C fan was broken. An attempt was made to fix. TIP: must carry (not wheel) all luggage up stairs and over cobblestone streets. No cars at hotel door.

Ramazan beye sadece teşekkür etmek istiyorum onun dışında otel vasat otel sahibi kaba ve saygısız kahvaltı vasat ürün kalitesi çok düşük çeşit olsada çok kalitesiz ve özensiz otelde birçok şey kusurlu ve arızalı mesela yerler gıcırdıyor sakın işte tarihi bina diye savunma yapmayın onların çözümü var klazöt sürekli takılı kalıyor ses çıkarıyor altındaki iyimiş meyhaneden çok geç saate kadar müzik ve sarhoş sesleri geliyor otel sahibi kahvaltı ederken müşterilerin yanında otelin problemlerine bağıra bağıra diğer çalışanlarla konuşuyor hem de öyle bir 2 dakika değil neredeyse yarım saat sürdü bu bizim rahatsızlığımız umrunda değildi çarşaf ve havlular aşırı eski kenarlarından ipleri sarkıyor ve lekeliler odada ilk gün iki tane su vardı bir daha asla yenilenmedi iki tane sudan kaçıyorlar gerçekten abartıldığı kadar olmayan vasat bir otel sadece ramazan bey çok içten ve çok ilgili ona çok çok teşekkür ediyorum

Merkezde olmasi ve ücretli de olsa cok yakininda otopark imkani olması cok guzel. Çünkü Ayvalik merkezde park sorunu var. Merkezde her yeri yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Temizlik de cok iyi idi. Ayvalık merkezde, hem ulaşım noktalarına hem çarşıya mekanlara aşırı yakın konumda butik bir otel. Odaları butik bir otele kıyasla büyük ve temizdi. Kahvaltısını da çok beğendik, resepsiyon ve çalışanlar da çoğunlukla güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Önümüzdeki yıl tatil için yine burayı tercih etmeyi planlıyoruz. Her şey gayet güzeldi, balkonlu odaları öneririm. Sorun olabilecek iki konu var asansör olmaması ve sıcak soğuk su dengesizliği, duşta aniden suyun sıcaklığı değişip kendine gelebiliyor. Gayet konforlu ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundu.

Öncelikle fiyatının üstünde bir performansa sahip. Çok ilgili sıcakkanlı personeller, çok temiz bir ortam, merkezi bir konum. Otelin atmosferi mükemmel. Açık büfe kahvaltısı beklentilerin çok üzerinde hem çok fazla çeşit var hem de lezzetli. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Aileniz, arkadaşlarınızla gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir otel. Otelin konumu kış dönemi konaklaması için çok uygun, kahvaltısı açık büfe değildi fakat zengin bir kahvaltıydı, oda temizdi, ancak konaklamamız sırasında tam odamızın altındaki alanda yılbaşı programı provası yapıldı, yüksek sesli gürültü birkaç kez söylememize rağmen gece 23'e kadar devam etti, bize önceden haber verileblirdi ve farklı bir alternatif üretilebilirdi.

Giriş sırasında oldukça uzun bekledik. Hoşgeldiniz bile denmedi. Oda resepsiyonun üst katindaydi. Bu kata ciktigimizda merdivenin karsisinda yerlerde diğer odalardan çıkan kirli çarşaf ve havlular yerlerde yığın halinde duruyordu. Bunların bir sepet veya kutu içine konulmadı daha hoş olurdu. Oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Ama dar pencereden sadece arkadaki bir ev enkazına bakıyordu. Oda yeterince temiz değildi. Buna ilişkin fotoğraf da çektim. İlk günü nazara alsam normalde bir yıldız vermem gerekirdi. Ama ikinci gün hem resepsiyonda çalışanlar, hem de kahvaltı salonunda çalışanlar iyiydi. Konuşmaları da kibardı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri gayet iyi ve yeterli. Otelin konumu iyi. Park yeri sınırlı. Hemen yanında park yeri var. Eylül 2024 itibariyle 350 TL. Yataklar rahat değil, isteğe bağlı olarak kuş tüyü yastık veriliyor. Bu yastıklar rahat.

Otel tam merkezi bir bölgede tüm gezilecek yerler yürüyüş mesafesinde odalar konforlu personel ilgili altta meyhaneden gece 12 ye kadar müzik sesi geliyor. Biz rahatsız olmadık.Temizlik anlamında genel olarak temiz fakat sadece odadaki bardak ve tepsi üzerinde tozlar vardı.Otelin hemen yanında ücretli otopark var fakat genel anlamda merkezde otopark sorun yollar dar otoparklar dolu ve pahalı.
