"Uno Hotel had amazing service, rooms, views, and sense of calm in our very busy and hectic summer trip to see the Art Islands and Okayama. We were able take 3 separate ferry trips and visit 2 places within Okayama on our 6 night stay. We never went to the onsen, but absolutely loved the area and the little coffee shop in the town that was also a hostel. We will be back!"

The room was a little tired with some peeling wallpaper and it smelled of smoke when I first arrived (non-smoking room). The cleaning service was good and we received fresh towels every day. The location was perfect for the conference."

"Hotel was just outside the train station and was a great location to explore other cities on this island of Japan. Breakfast included locally grown items and udon noodles served in the evening were a tasty treat. Room was efficient and roomy than most without a high step up to the bathroom/shower area. Loaner umbrellas most helpful for the rainy day. Staff was friendly and shared lots of smilies. Toyko Inn has become a name we trust to use as travelers. Thank you."
