"After a 10 hour flight, I just wanted to shower and lay in bed. Since there is A LOT of construction going on in both terminals at Benito Juarez Airport. I kept on asking for directions from the airport employees, but they kept on redirecting me to different locations. It took me an HOUR AND A HALF to find this hotel. There was no visible signs to help find it. Once I arrived to the hotel, I told the front desk that they should put signs up to help find this hotel. Her response was “the airport does not allow us to do that”. I was very upset with her answer since I was tired and had a stomach bug. There was also garbage inside the trash bins inside my room. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riazor! We traveled as a family with our four boys, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The hotel provided airport shuttle service both to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. We were also able to do an early check-in for an additional fee, which was very helpful after traveling. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—truly 10/10 service. They made us feel comfortable right away and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with kids. Overall, a great experience for our family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Not a 4 star hotel but decent clean rooms. It gets noisy early morning you can hear staff people leaving rooms and talking like they’re inside your room. 5am room service food overpriced! Not that good. "
