Pictures are misleading. My room had no view to the sea/ocean. Food and its presentation was poor, no attention to detail. Also had questions prior to my stay, but no one got back to me. Spa is not really a Spa, only indoor pool. There are massages/treatments availble.

Could do so much better

Hotel had lots of potential but sadly not realised. At check-in they wanted the paper "voucher" which we did not have as it was booked while "in transit" but eventually they linked our e-mail confirmation to their system so that they could print it out - all a bit of a faff in 21st century. The room was pleasant with a limited sea view from the balcony. On the first day there was a bottle of water supplied for tea/coffee making but this was not replenished on the second day. A water mark left by a glass on the desk surface wasn't cleaned away, yet I was able to remove it with a tissue and some water! The food at the evening buffet was plentiful and choice was good but everything that should have been hot was lukewarm at best which detracted from the experience and the staff in the restaurant good benefit from some "charm schooling". Breakfast could have been very good but again eggs, omelettes, pancakes were cooked in batches and left to go cold - no wonder there is a microwave in the buffet area - it may have originally been for reheating baby food but sadly it was the only way to make the food palatable. A fire alarm went off one afternoon while we were there and when we reported to reception and asked if it was a drill the receptionist just smiled saying "I know the alarm is ringing!" We stayed in the low season and most other guests seemed to be on golfing breaks, but the hotel itself could do so much better as the facilities are there but service needs improving.

el buffet decepcionante no está a la altura de la marca Melia y menos teniendo en cuenta lo que se paga. La calidad y presentacion de los alimentos es muy mejorable. Todo el hotel necesita una buena remodelación mobiliario en general,las hamacas de la playa viejísimas y además te cobran diez euros por usarlas. La falta de personal en el buffet a pesar del esfuerzo de los camareros que no paran ,es la consecuencia de que las mesas estén sin recoger y todo sucio. Estuvimos tres dias y cada día pasaba lo mismo. Las camas están bien. Lo que llaman spa es solo una pequeña piscina sin ningún chorro ni nada. Al menos está incluido en el precio. Nos hemos ido muy decepcionados!!

The Hotel is in a very good position close to the beach in Isla Canela. We had a superior room on the 4th floor with a good view of the sea. The room size was ok but not spacious as was the balcony, however it was very clean. Room facilities for a 4 star hotel were poor - no dressing gowns, no hotel information folder, soap shampoo etc in wall dispensers and little else. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice, we didn't have dinner at the hotel as we prefer to eat at local restaurants as it is usually better and less expensive than hotel buffets. There is an Italian restuarant in the hotel but no other choice. Bar drinks were reasonably priced but service was very slow at times. The pool and outside areas are nice and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt that one week was long enough.

Our seventh visit to The Melia Atlantico - it didn't disappoint but not sure what 'The Level' is trying to provide other than a them and us situation. A great place for a holiday if you aren't expecting lots of shops and entertainment. Fabulous beach which is never crowded. El hotel esta bien en general aunque algo retirado. La estancia fue buena pero si me quedo con lo mejor fue el personal de animación, son de lo mejor.

Ha sido fantástico. Muy agradable.

El personal de entretenimiento es lo.mejor del hotel. Es el alma. Los bailarines fantásticos. Noemí la mejor de todos. Son todos encantadores.Cuidan a los niños con mucha dulzura . La comida excelente. Calidad. Variedad. Casi diría que inmejorable. Lo peor el colchón del sofá cama casi sacado de un contenedor. Duro. Delgado. Pero en cuanto lo expuse se me cambió y después excelente. Otro detalle feo nos doblaron las toallas que estaban sucias en el suelo y las colocaron de nuevo en su estante. Por lo demás todo EXCELENTE.....

Relaxing beach break

Staff very friendly was given an upgrade to seaview room . Lovely room well equipped Very good breakfast serving cava in the morning plenty of sun loungers very friendly staff lots of activities to join do yoga Pilates etc. Good food in the restaurant though a bit chaotic and canteen like . Would be good if they had a separate one to eat in lovely beach area everything very clean would recommend

Un séjour farniente de haut niveau

Un excellent hôtel dans un bel environnement. Des buffets le matin et le soir très appréciables et complets. Des animations et une proximité de la plage rendent l'ensemble très agréable.

My favourite hotel and place

Our second stay in the hotel. It was just as lovely as we remembered. The food was good and there are lots of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The beach was to be seen to be believed. It is the most relaxing, beautiful place. We will definitely be back.

Un hotel para repetir

Hotel fabuloso con servicios de un 5 estrellas. Comida bufet muy bueno. Personal atento y servicial en general. Instalaciones muy comodas y buenas. Quizas la habitacion un poco anticuada y pequeña para 4 pero es comoda. Lo peor que podria destacar es que la playa estaba bastante sucia al menos los dias que fuimos y el wifi funcionaba bastante lento.
