We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property when we went to Mexico City during the World Cup! The staff was phenomenal. The location was great very walkable and super safe. I highly recommend booking the ground floor room. If it all possible it’s very spacious with a little kitchenette, they also had bicycles you could borrow we will 10 out of 10 be staying there again!!

I would like to give praise, applause and recognition to 3 of the staff members. Santiago, Yeirik (both reception), and Issac (waiter). All 3 of these staff members greeted us daily with a big smile and genuine care for our needs. All of them gave us many museum, food/restaurant referrals. Excellent customer service.
