Very friendly and helpful staffs. They help us with shuttles, bus, luggage storages…etc. Excellent service. Food is great. The hotel decoration is very nice. Our stay was a rainy night so we didn’t able to enjoy the outdoors. If not, it will be great space to enjoy the outdoor also.

This was such a fun hotel! You could fish right on site and eat what you caught for dinner. The kaiseki was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. What a great place... Everything was great! As a ryokan, the room was Japanese style, no shoes. The staff was not very conversant in English...enough to get by... and it could NOT have been better. The onsens were fantastic, eating in our yakatas a true experience. At dinner, the staff knew about our allergies and dislikes. Loved this property and onsen! After spending the last two weeks walking all over Tokyo this was a wonderful way to relax! Part of the onsen is outside and overlooks the water. The harbor and Chinatown make it a great area to explore.

Staff was amazing

Excellent location. Unique hotel with impressive design. Extremely clean. Ocean view rooms are worse the price. Very accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent and appealing to everyone.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.

Our stay at the Negiya Ryofukaku was nothing short of excellent.
