The hotel was located at a convenient location. The staff were very polite and helpful. Easy check in process. Would stay here again.

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.

The property is centrally located and has everything one may need around it including two train stations. The washer/dryer was very useful.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park. There are plenty of great food options nearby, plus a 7/11 just 30 seconds away. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. It’s about a 40-minute train ride to Shibuya and other areas, but we didn’t mind. Overall, we’d 100% stay here again!
