「部屋は広くて綺麗です。2泊しましたが、金曜日がユダヤの休みの為なのか、室内のサービス無く、タオル、トイレットペーパー補充ありません。またチェックアウトに人がいない。電話したら部屋に鍵を置いていってとの事。事前に何の説明無く、個人宅に泊まった様でホテルとしてのサービスありません。」

「旧市街までは少し歩きます。ホテルはとてもキレイですが、使い勝手があまり良くないです。 金額の割には部屋はとても小さく、スーツケースを広げると道をふさいでしまう感じ。バスルームのタオル掛け、スリッパ、歯ブラシなどはなく、細かな所でもう一声と言った感じ。朝食な美味しい事が平均点を上げている感じ。」

「Our stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Our room was spacious with a separate living area and large bathroom. The best part was interacting with our hosts, the owners, Alon and his wife, Revaya, at the generous breakfast service. Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix. location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking. 「This hotel is so comfortable to stay in when you are in downtown Jerusalem. It is opposite the central bus station & light rail. You can travel quickly to the Old City or to Mt Herzl The front desk staff are so helpful. I loved that Maria looked after me so well during the week I stayed there …..nothing was too much trouble for Maria to help me with …the breakfast manager & team are so helpful too …food is good 」
