"Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist."

"Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen"

"The chalet was lovely. At the top of the hill in Jaun with a beautiful view. It would be helpful to have something in writing on the property regarding only 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided as well as the single trash bag- this is common in Switzerland, but not in American VRBO’s. The host clarified this and it was no problem to find more in Charmey. Thomas was an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had. "We stayed here to visit friends who live in zweisimmen. The house is a 10 min walk to trains or the ski hill. We loved the skiing. My wife who doesn’t ski made day trips by train to nearby towns. We thought the price was fair. The only minor down side is the step access, 100 up or 120 down. We especially loved a fire at night. Zwieimmen is a jewel of a ski town."

"Even though I don’t think it was intentional our check-in was a bit off putting. The air conditioning or fan didn’t work, quite stuffy so we had to leave windows open all night. Only one low pillow, found this uncomfortable even though bed comfortable. Carpets quite stained. Breakfast was 27CHF ($46 AUD each) felt this was very expensive. Pleased there was plenty of free parking. Easy walk into town centre."
