Enjoy panoramic mountain views from this rare south-facing, privately owned studio inside a riverfront resort with direct gondola access to the slopes. Facing the pool and Beaver Creek Mountain, the residence features a private Juliet balcony, two queen beds, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. Sleeps up to 4 guests.

The owner has opted out of the resort's rental program and privately manages the residence, avoiding the resort's 65% management fee and allowing those savings to be passed along to guests. Please note that we are not permitted to use the resort's brand name in our advertising.

Resort/Amenities Fee: $60/night per studio
Parking: $55/night
Booking Fee: $75/stay, one time

These fees are paid directly to the resort front desk at checkout. We are not permitted to collect the resort's fees on its behalf.

A car is not necessary in winter.

Daily housekeeping is not included with this privately managed studio.
