The beautifully decorated two-bedroom condo of Pamlico Point is located canal front on the north end of Avon. You'll love the covered deck that offers comfy seating for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening cocktails while you take in the amazing views of the Pamlico Sound. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to make delicious meals for your group as well as lasting memories. For a little privacy, escape to one of the comfortable bedrooms to read, nap, watch TV, or just listen to the island sounds.

Settle down on Avon's Day Use Area and picnic with your family on a beautiful sunny day. Avon also boasts many restaurants and shopping options from beach gear to tackle shops to custom boutiques. Many of these dining and shopping options are just a short walk from your condo. There's plenty to do for the kids, too! For those long-awaited beach days, just a short walk across the street will take you directly to the ocean with sandy beaches and sun and waves. For more adventures, feel free to kayak or fish off the dock on the canal side, using the conveniently located dock on the condo property, or hop into your favorite bathing suit and head to the on-site pool for a refreshing swim. You'll also be able to hear the soothing sounds of the canal. Afterward, return to your lovely condo and gather around the table with some board games and play well into the night! Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras, located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon.
Pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
Occupancy limited to (to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: Dock provide for guest. Also can launch kayaks
