Very nice 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 4 at a bargain price with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, 2 HD TV's, ski locker, free parking for one car & Internet. Resort has a heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and game rooms with a pool table and ping pong table.

This is a timeshare condo that I rent during the ski season. Note the pictures are from the resort's website and can vary a little from actual unit.

This one bedroom, one bath condominium comes with a full kitchen furnished with all the appliances, cookware and place settings to prepare meals for up to 4 people. There is a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find pool towels, soap, shampoo and lotion along with a hair dryer, iron & ironing board in each condominium. Note that the condo might not have the vaulted ceiling shown in the picture.

With views of the surrounding mountains, this 58-unit condominium property borders popular Nottingham Lake. Area restaurants and shops are easily accessible by foot or local transit. Falcon Point Resort offers many amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tubs, laundry facilities, and concierge services. Falcon Point's furnishings and amenities, as well as our friendly and helpful staff, make it a comfortable and affordable home-away-from-home.

This is a timeshare that we own and rent for a fraction of what the resort charges directly.
