Flat entirely renovated 53 m2, situated in the old town. Fully furnished with new, towels and sheets provided.
Located on the ground floor, no floor to climb with suitcases! Double glazing mirror so no problem of privacy.

* Living room with sofa, ottomans, TV and wifi. A library with play games.

Good place to stay!

Nice to have a first floor apartment for a change. Clean, comfortable, well-located, friendly hostess, well-equipped -- just about anything you'd need from a two bedroom apartment in Avignon.

Nice apartment in good location

Check in was easy and owner easy to contact. The decor was nice but could use a deep cleaning and a refresh. Let the owner know about a few cleaning issues and I’m sure they will be addressed soon. Really good location in side the walls and on the ground floor which is a real plus.

Appart central et spacieux

Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Excellente situation à moins de 10 mn à pied du palais des papes. Appart spacieux avec tout le necessaire. Linge de maison compris. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir se garer juste devant.

appartement calme et spacieux le tout petit bémol mais c'est certainement réservé à notre fonctionnement il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une autre cafetière électrique en plus de la senseo mais on a survécu donc rien de grave.

Nice visit to Avignon

This was a nice property for the value paid. The owner was extremely responsive with a small issue we had. I would like to clarify the parking.... There is parking on the street until about 4:30pm. After that time, neighbors come home from work and there is not parking. There is a cost to parking on the street that was not indicated on the listing. from 7pm-9am the parking is free. After 9am you have to feed the meter. it is a lot of money. We were told there is parking down the street at Les Halles and outside of the gate. We chose this place to stay as it was inside the wall of Avignon and it had parking. However, we spent a lot of time worrying about the meter and the cost of the parking. If you have a car, it is best to stay at another place where you don't have to move it or incur the cost. That being said. The apartment was good for two people and the owner was super nice.

L appartement en lui même est très bien agencé. Dommage que la salle de bain sente le tabac froid dû à la ventilation. Sinon situé au centre ville donc pratique pour découvrir le la ville à pieds.

Charming apartment in the city center

It was clean apartment, with modern amenities- kitchen and bathroom are modern, quiet and safe neighborhood, not too far to walk to the main attractions in the city center Easy communication with the property owner who is very nice and accommodating out of several apartments that we've stayed in during our trip to France by far this one was the best - modern and clean , and in a great location

A comfortable stay in Provence

This apartment was great for our stay in Avignon. It had all the amenities we needed for a long term stay. It was also very easy to get to the train station and there were many restaurants around. It is on the ground floor so you sometimes have noise from the street and it can be kind of awkward to leave the windows open so it can feel like there are limited options for daylight at times. However, it was very well decorated and overall clean. Annaig was very good at communicating with us and providing us with suggestions for places to visit and questions we had about the apartment and France. We had a very enjoyable time in Provence based in this apartment.

beautiful appartment in avignon

We stayed in this appartement for 2 weeks.In the photos the appartement looks smaller than it is, in fact it has high ceilings so feels much more spacious and airy. The appartement has everything you need for a comfortable stay It is located near to everything in Avignon so perfect for exploration on foot . The only problem is the parking ,inside the city walls parking is paid only and its very busy and hard to find a spot . We parked our car at LES ITALIENS ,this was recommended by our host , this is a free parking outside the city walls ,it has security so is safe and you can take a free bus into the city or walk back as we did , walk is about 15 minutes Annaig , the owner is very friendly and speaks perfect english and is very helpful ,you can ask her anything I would recommend this appartement to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Avignon
