Stay in this prestigious apartment on the ground floor of a historic building, overlooking a tree-lined inner courtyard. Take advantage of its exceptional downtown location, right next to the main esplanade and Place de l'Horloge.

With a generous surface area of 134 m², this rental comprises :

- a welcoming living area with a lounge and fireplace,
- a convivial dining room,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- bathroom with bathtub,
- a second bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- air conditioning,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The apartment is large, well equipped and very nice. I only gave an overall rating of 4 because of poor communication with the local agent.
