Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had never been to Italy, but they made us feel right at home and even helped us find the better restaurants in the area. It was just ‘okay’

The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little hard. We needed a taxi to the train station for our departure. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not inform us that there was no local taxi service. We ended up paying 40€ to be transported about 10 blocks.
