"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our visit extra special.Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Fort Collins!"

"This little one bedroom was perfect for my vacation up in Colorado. I was in town for a family wedding and just needed a place for myself for the weekend and it was perfect. Communication was easy. There’s nothing that was missing from the unit that I could think of. Just an all-around perfect little spot. Also great location right in between the school and old town. Both are walkable. "
