"I normally have excellent experience in this place always my one stop when I come to Tijuana , this time the room was not completely cllean was we found condoms left from previous guest , als next day I had an appointment and the shower wasn’t working till my husband fix it, of course after I already took my cold shower , the staff normally is kind but this time was not a good experience to me "

"Our room was right above a bar. We checked in about 315. From 3:15 to 2:30 in the morning the music played at the bar extremely loud. So loud that I could not sleep. I had a conference to go to all day the following day. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. When I talked to the staff about the noise, they said that basically I have to deal with it. I think that you should put on your website that this hotel is above a bar and that they play extremely loud music all day and night long until 2:30 am. Also, there was only one plug in the room and one electrical outlet in the bathroom. So my husband and I could not both plug our phone up at the same time. The room was also very small. The bath towels were hard like brick. I selected this hotel to get rest for the long day that I had ahead of me the next day, not to listen to music until 2:30 am in the morning. Unfortunately, that did not happen. So I paid for a room to listen to very extremely loud music until 2:30 in the a.m. "
