Hamilton Cove Villa 8-94

Unwind and enjoy the spectacular ocean views from this beautifully appointed villa. Relax on one of the two balconies looking over the Pacific; the side balcony is private and has a propane BBQ. Just a quick walk to the pool, spa, gym and croquet court! There are only 7 steps to the road!!The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a small laundry room just outside the front door of the villa.
Maximum Occupancy: 2 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Futon Sleeper

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables).

NO smoking, NO parties/events.
NO PETS ($300/day fine) allowed per HOA rules.

You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
THIS UNIT HAS A TWO PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE PROPERTY IF MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR PARTY. CHILDREN OVER 1 YEAR COUNT AS A PERSON.

Hamilton cove is an out of the way quiet place to stay during the bustle of a summer day in catalina. We are long distance swimmers and love swimming from hamilton cove, past descanso beach to the casino dive park and back. The condo is a beautiful quiet setting.

Beautiful

The only thing that needs to be addressed is transportation when getting off the ferry, we had to wait 45 minutes and got lucky and ride shared with another family. You would think that the Taxi companies would know when the ferries came in and have multiple vehicles ready, but they didn’t.

Lovely!

Spacious! Even nicer in person. The views from the oversized balcony were fabulous. You cannot beat only having 7 steps to the unit! Golf cart is brand new and works great. Super wonderful bldg location right next to the amenities center...can just walk to pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. We loved playing tennis and mini golf in the neighborhood. Hamilton Cove could use some new rackets as what they have is pretty old...but for our novice family what they had worked. Bed was comfy. Kids weren't too excited about the futon (said it was too hard and cold)so they ended up sleeping on the couch which they said was very comfy. Overall beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

This Villa 8-94 was the absolute best stay we've had on the Island. Everything was clean and well thought out. The view is countless and priceless.
