Living and dining areas, kitchen with bar height counter and stools, and balcony with barbecue on lower level, full bath midway between first and second floors, and master suite with 3/4 bath and second bedroom upstairs. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors and share a spacious balcony with view of Avalon and the harbor. There is also a queen sofabed in the living room. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
