The castle-manor dates from 1740 and contains original details such as fireplace ornaments, woodwork and stained glass windows and the impressive dining room with almost 4 metres high ceilings. The estate exudes an atmosphere of serene tranquillity and is ideal for family weekends, company outings, groups of friends, retreats, etc.
Because it is located in the center of the city, it must be quiet at midnight in and around the house. No loud music can be heard outside after 10 p.m.
All amenities are available in Auxi-le-Chateau; there are two supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, two caterers, an American burger restaurant, a chip shop and two cafes.
Various hikes and cycle paths have been set up from Auxi.
The coast is a 45-minute drive away.
The cities of Amiens, Abbeville and Arras are all less than an hour's drive away.
