  • My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything! It’s minutes away from restaurants, shopping and all kinds of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown, 3 miles from Casino, less than a mile from grocery store. There’s also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door. The apartment is on the second floor and has it’s separate entrance. For our guests we offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap which are animal cruelty free

Everything in the apartment was so tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The walk had been shoveled for our arrival and communicating with the manager was efficient and easy.

The place was nice. The location was great for us. It was near family and in a little neighborhood to go for a walk. There are steps, so it wouldn't be good for someone with a disability, but no problem for us.

A very nice, clean and quiet place to stay

The house was far superior to a hotel or motel stay. Had everything necessary for a commoner like me.

Cozy and clean

The property was exactly as described and loved the quirky vibe! Super clean and Brad was quick to respond to messages. Not far from YSU campus and the AC worked great as it was 100 degrees when we visited! Thanks for a wonderful time!

3 day vacay

This property was a very spacious second floor apartment. It was well maintained and very clean. For us the location was great as we traveled to surrounding cities/towns to explore and access to the highway was very convenient. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. We would definitely consider booking this property again.

Charmantes Haus

Thanksgiving with Family

We had a nice experience with our stay. The place was clean and had the basics of what we needed. Keep in mind there are alot of stairs. So you have to have good knees to maneuver those, but to the most part we had a great time, we were a bit rowdy the first night and our host was gracious in the way he handled the complaint from those in the apartment below. 😉 We will definitely stay again. Thanks Brad!

Great Place in Austintown

We really like staying at the Blue Shutters Inn. It's conveniently located and well appointed. The living room is friendly and comfortable, The kitchen is relatively small but has what you need, the downstairs bedroom is very nice, and the upstairs bedroom is roomy and also nice. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not your ideal location, but otherwise, it is an excellent property with great owners who take care of their guests. Highly recommend.
