Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the fenced backyard, garage, and driveway. Enjoy exclusive use of the BBQ grill, corn hole setup, washer/dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Self-check-in is available via a smart lock, and you’ll receive detailed access instructions prior to arrival.

Hollow Oak Place is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Austin, just minutes from a variety of parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and local breweries. The home offers easy access to major roadways, making it simple to explore Austin’s many attractions—including The Domain, Q2 Stadium, the Arboretum, and downtown. It’s also close to major tech campuses such as Apple, Dell, Amazon, and IBM, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers.



Getting Around:

Guests will enjoy convenient access to nearby highways like 183, MoPac, and SH-45. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area. Ample parking is available in the private driveway and garage. The Domain and surrounding entertainment districts are a short drive away, while downtown Austin can typically be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

- No parties or large gatherings allowed

- Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance

- Hollow Oak Place is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents—please be respectful at all times

- No check outs allowed on Saturdays



We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies)

-Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs

-Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.

-Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout.

-Pets must be on a leash when outside the property.

-No cats allowed.

-A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.



Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.



Enjoy the backyard BBQ! Please:

- Clean after each use – See guestbook in house for proper cleaning instructions.

- Please ensure that all surrounding surfaces and countertops are wiped clean of grease, food, and debris.

- $75 cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.



Before you leave:

Please note: To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.



Cancellation Policy:

-Cancel 7 days before check-in date for a partial refund.





As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The nominal cost of this protection has been included as a Guest Damage Insurance Fee.

Excellent Stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect to enjoy the Austin area. The house was clean and organized, all the amenities (toiletries, kitchenware, wi-fi, etc.) were perfect and high-quality. We will be back! :-)
