It's perfectly located whether you're enjoying the local wine/beer tours, attending a wedding/special event...or just exploring the Hill Country Trail ~and it's only 30 min to downtown Austin (if you're inclined to head in that direction).
We are conveniently located near the many beautiful area parks, rivers and lakes, as well as a multitude of wedding venues, breweries, wineries, distilleries, entertainment, shopping and dining.
It is the perfect home to visit close by Hill Country attractions like Twisted X, Deep Eddy, Hamilton Pool, the Austin Zoo and the Salt Lick...and even to visit great neighboring towns like Driftwood, Wimberley and Buda.

The home and property are yours to explore, however~
1. please be cautious when walking through the back half of the property that has naturally tall grasses.
2. The Blue Door is on Ranch Road 12 close to downtown "Drip", so it can get busy during certain times of the day... But the home is set far back from the road and has a large backyard to enjoy as well.
