Welcome to Cedar & Stone by AvantStay, a spacious Austin retreat designed for connection, comfort, and play. Nestled among leafy trees yet just minutes from Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Park, and the buzz of downtown, this home offers the best of both worlds: a private haven with quick access to the city’s music, food, and cultural scene.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and warm finishes create a welcoming backdrop for gathering. The main living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a large TV, while the dining area and modern kitchen make shared meals effortless. Step outside to the deck, where outdoor seating for seven and a dining table for six set the stage for breezy alfresco evenings under the Texas sky. To make hosting easy, the home also includes eight folding tables and twenty folding chairs that can be set up indoors or out, giving your group plenty of flexibility for dining or event-style gatherings.
Entertainment abounds in the dedicated game room, complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, arcade classics, and even a basketball hoop — guaranteed fun for guests of all ages. Grab a workout in the fitness room, which includes an exercise bike, pull-up/dip machine, free weights, and dumbbells.
With five bedrooms and space for up to 18 guests (4 in the main house & one in the casita), everyone will find their own corner to relax. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
