The room was spotless when we arrived & had plenty of towels in the restroom. They provided us with laundry soap, dish soap as well as soap for the dishwasher. The location had several restaurants within walking distance on Rainey street. There’s a small grocery store in that same area that has everything u may need so u don’t have to go to a big store. And of course the view of the city was beautiful. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Natiivo. The room was very nice. We had a view of the river end of the highway. I was a little worried that the highway would be noisy, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The pool was amazing. I loved that there is a coffee shop next-door/on premise. All the workers were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived to Austin early and I loved that we could put our bags behind the check-in counter and relax and use the pool.

It was a beautiful, clean unit. I did however hear a lot of freeway noise, almost like a window was open but it wasn't and that made it hard at night. I was also frustrated there wasn't a drip coffee maker-there was a nespresso, and there weren't the right size cups to use with the coffee maker, and it made very small quantities. Otherwise the property, pool, workout room were wonderful.

Great place to stay in downtown Austin! Quick check in from valet parking to front desk. Condo was clean, stocked, and beyond comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was decent. Elevators took forever and would sometimes open on random floors as well. Be careful booking via Expedia. They list the same details for all the rooms but some were different. I booked a room that specified if had a furnished balcony and city views. Neither were true. The desk can't do anything because these are privately owned condos with individual listings. It is through Vacasa, who also just direct you to Expedia because you booked through them. Expedia just says contact the "hotel" desk. So definitely misleading on the room details. Not a major issue but if you book this over somewhere else due to a specific feature, be aware you may not get it.

Was wonderful setup in the room with laundry and a full kitchen. Rooftop pool deck offered spectacular views, especially at night. The bar/coffee bar adjoined to the lobby was convenient, friendly, and a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place - impeccably clean, great pool and workout facilities, with easy access to the path along the river that goes into downtown and Lady Bird Lake as well as many dining and entertainment options.
