Stunning recently constructed condo with 180 degree views of Lake Travis! Access Cody Park within steps of the condo! Cody Park boat launch is available for you to use if you bring your water toys! This condo is tall with big views! Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 baths the condo will comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. We personally love watching the sunrises and sunsets from the back patios. Enjoy access to golf, community parks and a peaceful Texas experience! Spend the night at home once the sun sets enjoying the game room which features pool table & shuffle board. TV's in the main living area, game room, primary bedroom and back balcony. Traeger pellet grill available for guests to use (bring your own pellet's). There is a communal patio on the ground level to enjoy a cigar or relax!

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware. Coffee pot provided (please bring your own single use pods and/or coffee grounds for full pot brew). General spices such as salt/pepper will be left in the spice rack for your use.

Please note how high up this condo sits - there are a lot of stairs! In unit private elevator is provided for access. If you choose to use the stairs expect to climb 3 flights within the garage to get to the first living level.
