The Space:
This beautifully updated home offers a perfect blend of style and comfort. The primary suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Relax in the inviting living area with cozy seating and a TV, or gather in the kitchen with a large island, gas range, and barstool seating. Additional bedrooms provide queen beds and ample storage. Enjoy outdoor spaces, including a front porch hangout and a backyard with a grill, string lights, and a game of horseshoes.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is seamless with a smart lock code provided before check-in. Enjoy private use of the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor retreat.

EA Parking Space on the LEFT SIDE of the driveway only. This is a shared driveway with the neighboring property. Additional Parking on the sidewalk along Holly and directly in front of the house also available.

Georgetown Family Gathering

This property is as near perfect as I think you could get. Wonderful hosts, great location to downtown Georgetown, which is a treat by itself. You will love how comfortable and clean, clean. , clean the house is. We loved sitting out on the back patio at night under the bistro lights. Each room has ample closet space. A real home away from home. Zach went above and beyond! Highly recommend. We will definitely rent here again.
