Welcome to Hill Country Fairway Haven, your perfect retreat nestled just steps away from the lush greens of the golf course. Whether you're here to perfect your swing or simply relax, this serene getaway offers the best of both worlds. Enjoy the tranquility of Hill Country living with the added convenience of being just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant Hill Country Galleria where you will find shopping, entertainment, movies, and restaurants.

This is a private one bedroom one bathroom apartment.

Guests will receive a code to use at the door. Once you enter the code, push the check to unlock the door. When you leave, you can lock the door by pushing the "Yale" button.

- Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. If animals are brought into the home, there is a $350 fee.

- No use of illegal drugs, including marijuana, in the apartment or on the premises of the property.

-Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Violations of anything that leaves odors of anything smoked in the house will result in the cost of cleaning fees and the cost of our time hiring services. A $350 charge will be assessed if there is evidence that this policy has been broken.

- Unapproved, or previously not discussed late check-outs will be charged $60 per hour in 15 minute increments. If you would like a late check out, message us by 10 a.m. on check-out day to see if we are able to accommodate.

Short Work Trip

Had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything super easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again.
