The Space
The living room and dining room are spacious. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...) The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is on the small side, but efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The back bedroom connects to a back room that has its own 1/2 bath, dedicated workspace with a desk, and full-size washer and dryer. You can access the private fenced patio from this room, or the enclosed sunroom down the hall

The patio is private, and shares a common wall with the unit next door. There`s a large yard out the patio door as well that`s shared with other guests, but other than that, everything else is completely separated. The driveway is reserved for guests in UNIT A, but there are steps leading from the street alongside the driveway for access to the patio.

Other things to note
We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom. When it`s not booked my family often stay and/or work from here and love it.
