Austin Oasis by the Wildflower Center

Welcome to this sprawling modern home, illuminated with natural light, sporting high ceilings and an open floorplan. This quaint and quiet neighborhood is surrounded by the 200-acre Wildflower Center & Velloway bicycle park.

Enjoy relaxing views of the private backyard from 2 oversized sliding glass doors overlooking heated pool*, shaded, natural stone patio, hot tub, gas BBQ grill, palm trees & a hammock for 2. A mere 15 mins from downtown Austin & airport makes this house an ideal location for SXSW, COTA, ACL, winery tours, perusing local shops, and hiking the Hill Country.

As a note, we have been STR permitted since 2015.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire house and backyard. There are 2 locked closets and the garage is not accessible unless approved by the owner prior to your stay. Otherwise you may use anything in the home for your comfort and enjoyment! The back yard is totally private; pool and hot tub are for your use only.

*POOL & HOT TUB
The pool and hot tub are heated and professionally maintained. However, Texas weather is totally unpredictable. The hot tub will be available all year regardless of the weather. If the overnight lows are below 50 degrees the pool may be closed. If using the pool is a priority for you, especially during colder winter months, please let me know before booking, if it's possible to have the pool temperature swimmable it will be. However, based on the weather there may be an additional fee for heating the pool November to March & there may be an additional fee associated with opening and heating the pool during colder winter months if already closed. If swimming is a priority during November thru March, let me know before you book so arrangements can be made. That said, the hot tub is useable year-round!
