Really really excellent staff in all areas. All kind and helpful. The restaurant/bar on site is definitely worth checking out- great pecan pie and breakfast is well worth it! Good location of hotel for us, there for a show at the Fox Theatre which was about a 10 minute Lyft/Uber ride. Did have cold water in the shower the first night but I didn't call to notify front desk. Also had very noisy neighbors (and also our fault for not calling about that), there isn't too much sound insulation between the rooms but overall not much hallway noise or street noise

Parking is more then little high $58 a day but the valet People was nice an helpfully. We walked to most things. In the area which is nice. The pool mite be heated but it’s only 3-5* more then the outside temp. We couldn’t use the pool it was too cold for us with the wind on the roof been nice if it was really heated to like water temp to like upper 80’s
