"My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back "

"The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. "Of course, here is a hotel review based on your experience: Title: Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet This resort has all the makings of a 5-star property, but our experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: The rooms are absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool is truly amazing, a real centerpiece of the resort. We also found every staff member we interacted with to be incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the negatives were significant. The check-in process was terrible and painfully long. We had booked an ocean view room, but the front desk tried to place us in a room with a barely-there "peek-a-boo" view. It took a frustrating hour-long wait for them to sort it out and give us the room we had actually paid for. The biggest issue is that the resort is still under construction. There was persistent and loud construction noise by the pool on both days of our stay, which really ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Also, be aware that the property is situated on a very steep hill. This wasn't a problem for us, as they will gladly pick you up in a cart and drive you anywhere you need to go, but it's something to know before you book. The bottom line is that this property has the potential to be incredible. Once construction is completely finished and they sort out their front desk operations, it will likely be an amazing destination. For now, it feels like a work in progress. "

"highly recommend this property. 2 bedrooms apartment very nice, with views of the mountains and sea. 2 grocery stores within 1 min walk. Fishermen and fresh fruits and vegetables within 2 mins drive. City center Victoria 20 mins drive, Beau Vallon beach 20 mins drive. We rented a car from the airport. cleaning lady very nice and friendly. came every other day to clean the apartment fully. she was always present on site to ask if we needed anything and was always helping us. We arrived late at night, around 10 pm and someone was around to check us in. On site parking and security guy present all night long. "

"Property was fantastic with huge patio and views of the ocean, islands and windmills. Main bedroom has A/C and living room/kitchen has big fan. Steep hill to walk from main road but very happy at the main road junction was a good-size supermarket. With public bus service ending every day at 7 pm, it's good to have a supermarket there to buy groceries to cook dinner in the apartment. Owners Theodore and Lorna were extremely nice and charming."
