「Absolutely perfect setup, clean, easy!」

「Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well. 」

「Home was very nice. We had a couple issues with outside cleanliness and dock deck was broken but it was quickly resolved by the management company who sent out 2 crews on a Sunday to pressure wash the outside and fix the dock. They even mowed the grass. Great place to stay. Would stay here again. Highly recommend. It is fairly remote which is nice if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.」

「The kitchen only had five spoons. In fact, the kitchen was so ill equipped. We thought maybe this home was only rented out to people who will eat out all the time. This family cooks so that was a little bit of a challenge. Also, the step on the outside of the deck was too wobbly rocks. My husband is 80 I’m almost 80 and it wasn’t exactly a safe situation to be stepping up on a rock and then onto the deck to get into the front door. 「Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!」
