Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with sauna for rent in Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, less than 2 kilometers from the boat beach with its famous waterfall and less than 5 kilometers from Omaha Beach. It has a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 4,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

It is possible to rent the Le Normandy and Le Guillaume accommodations, which are located on the same property, to offer a maximum capacity of 12 additional guests (18 in total). Please do not hesitate to contact us.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- A bathroom with double sink, whirlpool bath, and sauna
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a double sofa bed
- A toilet and single sink

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: shared barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha grill.

Outside:
- A beautiful 4,000 m² enclosed garden with sliding gate, digital code lock, shared with two other properties
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A jacuzzi (9 people) shared with two other properties, open from March 1 to November 30. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- An outdoor kitchen shared with two other properties
- Petanque court shared with two other properties
- Children's playground shared with two other properties

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Activities:
- Visits to WW2 museums
- Bayeux Tapestry
- Several water sports

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen and Saint-Lô train stations, about 44 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, about 35 minutes away by car.

Other comments:
- Sheets and towels are included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Nous avons été globalement satisfaits malgré quelques désagréments (wifi/lave vaiselle/pb de menage dans 1 chambre) qui ont teintés quelque peu notre sejour.Proprietaires de bonne volonté mais etant à distance, qui n ont pas pu resoudre les problemes.
