The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. "Obwohl die Wohnung recht zentral liegt, ist es ruhig. Sie war sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, der Gastgeber freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten die beschriebenen Annehmlichkeiten Edeka, Bäckerei, Rapunzel ... gut nutzen. Mit dem Fahrrad wurden schöne Touren unternommen, auf Wegen bzw. Straßen, die nicht oder sehr wenig von Autos befahren werden. Die Wohnung steht noch nicht so lange zur Verfügung und wir sind die ersten, die eine Bewertung abgeben....

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten ist perfekt, wenn man mit Kindern oder Hund verreist. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist super schnell mit dem Auto am Bodensee. Eigentlich alles perfekt. Herr Saum kam auch direkt vorbei, nachdem wir ein Problem mit der Heizung gemeldet hatten. "

"This was a wonderful and clean property. Communications with the owner were fast, plus the check-in process was clearly detailed in advance, and worked perfectly. Three stories allowed the parents on one floor and the teens had their own bedrooms on the top floor. "Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Die Terrasse war sehr schön groß mit Sonnenschirm und allem , was man auf der Terrasse braucht im Sommer. Da es ein Altbau ist, war es trotz sehr hohen Außentemperaturen von ca 35/36 Grad in der Wohnung bei geschlossenen Jalousien immer angenehm kühl. Besonders nachts konnten wir gut schlafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder."
