The accommodations are located on a plot of more than 1000m2 with large parking, covered terrace, 8x4 swimming pool (salt) with submerged bench all around (ideal for children). The pool has been completely renovated this year with a PVC liner that is very pleasant to the touch. The pool is secured by a retractable shelter which has been changed this year and which allows, if desired, to keep the water at a very high temperature (>30 degrees). The solar outdoor shower, the gas barbecue / plancha and the pool house containing table football, board games and electronic darts will satisfy young and old.<br>A table tennis table and 4 bicycles (2 children and 2 adults) complete the outdoor equipment.<br>The interior offers large spaces with on the first floor a living room of more than 60m2 and a large pantry through which we access a separate space of 40m2 containing a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.<br>The first floor is not to be outdone with 1 shower room and 3 spacious bedrooms each containing a double bed<br>The house offers quality services (large bay window, roller shutters, air conditioning in all rooms). <br>Sheets and towels are provided.<br><br>Everything is there for you to spend a pleasant sunny holiday with your family without suffering from the intense heat of Parse in August.<br><br>A few rules to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible: <br>- The area is very quiet and we have excellent relations with the neighbours. We ask you to respect the tranquility of the place, especially in the evening.<br>- Animals are unfortunately not allowed because our 2 adorable cats cannot go on vacation and will therefore be on site. They are autonomous except in terms of food. They will therefore be grateful if you fill their bowls from time to time (food provided).<br>- We do not charge a cleaning fee. Therefore, you are asked to leave the house in the condition in which you found it.<br>- No smoking inside the unit<br><br>The house is located in Aujargues, near Sommières (charming, very lively medieval village) and halfway between Nimes and Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches and 30 minutes from the Cevennes.<br>Shops 5 minutes walk away (supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurants)<br>Possible activities in the surrounding area: large weekly market, greenway (cycling/rollerblading, etc.), tree climbing, paddle boarding, etc.
