Some of the staff were less than friendly, was also told there was no wheelchair for my elderly grandmother. Less than desirable experience, nothing compared to the other Hampton location in the area.

Hyatt House Augusta Downtown
The staff were so nice! They genuinely seemed to care if everything was going well for us. The bathroom was really nice and felt very fancy. The room was pretty quiet and couldn’t hear any noise from the hall or other rooms. I would stay there again for sure.
