very comfy.We couldn't avail ourselves to all this inn had to offer.ie: lake,kayaks etc.A microwave in the room would have been nice. We did discover a great restaurant in town though. Calzolaio.I had Maple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin.The food and service was fantastic!

A quaint quiet stay at a very clean, traditional motel style inn! The location is perfectly serene, with kayaks and rowboats available to the guests or you can just have a quiet sit lakeside. Just delightful!

Needed an affordable place relatively close to our ski destinations. This was the one that fit our needs. Wasn’t expecting much for continental breakfast. It still disappointed. Luckily found a great breakfast spot on the way to Black Mountain off Maine. Beyond that, place was dated but comfortable and clean. Checking in and out was easy enough. Didn’t get to explore the property but I’m sure the pond/ lake is beautiful.

So very nice to be able to walk the garden area and down to the lake. Awesome views. A little trouble in the room, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from previous guest BUT when I reported, was cleaned promptly and properly and with a lot of sorries. My point to the story; IF anything is wrong, they are Johnny on the spot!!!!

DISAPPOINTING: Have been a long time visitor of this property, but condition and service have gone down hill dramatically over the past year or so. Service used to be welcoming like you were visiting with old friends. Now it's sterile like big hotel chains. Rooms have degraded. Our door stuck so badly I had to throw my shoulder into it to get it open or closed. Room smelled like cigarette smoke immediately walking in the door, and then when I pulled back the bedding to get into bed, an overwhelming scent of body odor filled the room. IT didn't used to be like this. Not sure what changed, but disappointing for sure, and probably won't be back.

A surprise gem around those parts. While the rooms may be a tad dated, they were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. And the property is amazing! Spacious lawn, horseshoes, firepits, an amazing walk down to the lake with seats, a dock, and kayaks to take out. Its a mini-resort in the middle of Maine! Highly recommend

This place worked well for my one-night business trip to the Wilton area. The lake access was nice, and I wish I had a little more time so I could have gone out in one of the kayaks. The room was clean and the area was quiet. Friendly and responsive staff. Would stay here again.
