「ATTENTION selon l'annonce il y a un bain à remous dans chaque chambre et un spa privatif, or j'étais venu pour ça et me détendre cependant le sauna est à 25 € pour 30 minutes et il n'y a pas de bain à remous. Donc au final j'ai voulu m'excentrer pour profiter de ces services mais nous nous ne retrouvons pas dans un spa mais dans un logement classique... Personnel très accueillant」

「Firstly arrived and there is rubbish all over the outside. Checked in to have to pay a 150 pound deposit which we didn’t know about. Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. The toilet was not very stable the room smelt damp my parents room the light switch was hanging off open wires showing.
