The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very close to the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle. ibis budget Auckland Airport
Ridiculously small rooms. Two people can't walk past each other in the room. One has to shuffle into the small space between the single beds so the other can get by. Bathroom is small, as well. The staff is helpful and the Yellow Bus picks up at the hotel.
