Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at. Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

Nice hotel, good area that was close to a lot of things. Bit of a shame you had to pay for parking though. Room was nice and clean, there was a bit of mould in the shower and I thought there could have been a couple more utensils, 2 plates and cups and cutlery between 3 people was a pain. Overall was a nice place to stay

Beautiful building and views over the city. Very interesting Maori section. The Maori performance was informative and interesting - worth the price.
