The staff were really helpful and friendly and it was a lot quieter than I expected with the location so central. Handy to local Woolworths too. Great place to meet people.

The walls are unfortunately reasonably thin so it’s possible to hear stuff going on in the hallway or the room next door. However the outside walls are pretty well soundproofed so very little noise from busy streets below. Pretty standard backpackers atmosphere with people awake at all hours but, the people living there currently seemed lovely. Would stay there again.

Wendy's 24-7 restauant next to hostel. Skytower 5 minutes walk. Woolworths big supermarket is nearby. Very good location. helpful staff, clean hostel, good kitchens, comfortable bed.

Safe as main door locked for guests only. Two separated kitchens. Comfortable bed, good location, clean, helpful staff, many restaurants are downstairs and around hostel.

Very close to public transport. lots restaurants, entertainment bars and shops around the hostel. You won't get bored day and night. All area inside the hostel are very clean and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful.

Next to auckland biggest entertainment complex Skycity. Few minutes walk to bus stops, close to train station. Few minutes walk to famouse shopping and dining area Queen Street. All area inside the hostel are ver clean and tidy. Staff are nice and helpful.

It was a great location but unfortunately that was all that was good about this place. Beds were uncomfortable, stains on under pillows and generally unclean. It was very loud with people drinking and partying in the communal kitchens. Kitchens were very busy and not very clean. No room in fridges and utensils were few and far between. No where to store larger bags/suitcases. You can get your own room with an en suite just down the road for only a few pounds more!
