There are multiple (very good) cafes within 3 kms. The Milford Mall and shopping centre (incl 2 large supermarkets) is 3 kms away on a bus route. The bus stop is opposite the property driveway.
Mairangi Bay shopping centre is 2 and half kms away (also on a bus route.)
A primary school playground is opposite the property driveway.
The park (beside the dwelling) includes tennis courts, a golf course, walking trails through the bush.
Multiple sandy beaches are within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Bus to the CBD or throughout the North Shore. The bus stop is opposite the property driveway
Other Things to Note:
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10 am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 + GST for every half hour you remain in the property.
- NO VISITORS: This means only the exact guests booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, and all associated costs will be charged to you. If you wish to have guests visit while you are at the property please contact us before your booking so we can provide case-by-case approval.s.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING: If you are booking for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two-week period. We will send this amended cleaning charge once we receive your booking.
- QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 8pm - 7am. Neighbours can call a hotline regarding excessive noise. If the property managers must attend due to excessive noise there is a $250 + GST fee.
- MISSING KEYS: If you lose a key / swipe card a replacement fee of $100 + GST will be charged.
- LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the property and a property manager has to attend to provide additional keys there will be a call out fee of $250 + GST charged.
