We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The customer service was amazing, and the staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I love the fact that the room was serviced everyday. The staff were very attentive to my needs and ready to help. It was worth the money spent. You can cook your own food or there’s lots of eateries within few minutes of walk. Sky tower and city view every morning and night. The room temperature was well maintained as this was my first time experiencing winter in Auckland.
