Everything excellent ! Easy location very lovely hosts all extras thoughtfully provided could easy have settled in for a week. Auburn has a lot of history to discover by walking around the village. No need to look further for top accommodation in Clare Valley

This property is spacious, modern, and well-equipped. Its garden outlook is stunning. It is full of little surprise luxuries and treats, reflecting the care taken by the owners. It is a pleasant short walk to the historic town centre where the pub has excellent meals and the cafe opposite has wonderful coffee and pastries served in gardens. After dinner an easy walk to the river and Riesling trail is a must. Plenty of wine and gin tasting options too.

A MUST stay if you are in the area.

Lyreen’s place is so worth 10 out of 10. Super clean, exceptional amenities , great location, wonderful hosts. No detail has been left out even down to the chocolate left by your bedside . You will want for nothing by staying here . The garden is also worth a walk around.

Fantastic

The apartment was amazing! They thought of everything down to a fruit and nut bowl which I wish I’d been able to take more advantage of. The apartment was so comfortable and I would love to stay again with my spouse.

The apartment is very nice, bed is comfy (way too many pillows which are annoying in the middle of the night if you have to grt up as you tripping over the excess pillows on the floor), kitchen and lounge are spacious. The garden and outdoor patio is gorgeous to sit out and look over was quite peaceful as you are just listening to the birds and nature sounds Main problems is if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by the movement and talking from the owners that live upstairs as there must not be any insulation in the roof to help with the noise and there is also no option for them to cater for any food allergies with their complementary continental breakfast, I have both coeliac disease and are lactose intolerant and needed to bring my own bread and milk but just took the stuff home for my kids to eat so wasn’t overly bad but something to think about if you have food allergies to bring your own stuff. Don’t bother asking for a early check in I did and was told 1pm get there dead on 1pm and they are still cleaning, I was there for a wedding and needed to get ready and they were still needing to mop and vacuum plus told me they would have to come back into apartment later in the day to empty washing machine and to put the milk and bread in the room which I did tell them they didnt need to do and I wouldnt be using it due to allergies. I personally wouldn’t stay there again as I am a light sleeper and was awake from 7:45am due to being woken up by the noises upstairs

Nice, Neat, Private and Relaxing

Reason for trip was to attend family wedding, was restricted on time, unable to enjoy what the Clare Valley had to offer. Accommodation was excellent. we intend to stay again and tour the wine districts around Auburn. Owners very nice and very accommodating. Owners live on the second story, but you wouldn't know they were there. One thing that stood out was it was very relaxing, nice and quiet and private.

Great modern accomodation with friendly hosts

We stayed here for one night only but felt very comfortable and found the hosts to be very helpful and welcoming. The fruit basket on arrival was an added bonus and the accomodation was great value.

Just a very nice place to stay

Lyreens was very clean and comfortable plus there is everything you need .The front garden is lovely and when you are sitting out front of the unit it nice to look at.Tony and his wife are so friendly.The unit is very close to the Main Street of Auburn where there places to eat and a pub and a beautiful coffe and wine tasting place with most beautiful garden out the back.I will be going back.

Beautiful place to stay.

Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities you could possibly want. It was like being in your own home with everything available at your fingertips. Welcoming chocolates and ample fresh fruit bowl were nice touches. Beautiful location with surrounding gardens and bird life. A great stopover on our road trip through SA.

The proprietors are friendly and welcoming, ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities provided us with everything we needed - quite a 'homey' feel. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing a good nights sleep. Highly recommended accomodation.
